Flamingos Golf – The Rosa Course Description
The first of a planned four courses at Flamingo Golf, the Rosa Course opened for play in the summer of 2001. Designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido, the front and back 9s provide different tests of golf. The front 9 fairways are lined with Olive, Orange, and Cypress trees, and call for a great degree of accuracy, especially from the tee. The Arroyo de Taraje stream meanders its way through the front 9 holes, catching many first time visitors off guard. The back 9 has slightly more generous fairways, although strategically placed bunkers and a few water hazards will keep even the more experienced player on their toes.
Measuring just over 6300 yards from the back tees, the Rosa Course can be a tough but fair challenge for golfers of all abilities.
