Ombria Golf Course is located on a special plot of land only 30 minutes from Vilamoura and Faro airport. The golf course has been sympathetically designed to blend in with its local environment with all of the indigenous flora and fauna synonymous with this wonderful area of the Algarve. The course works its way around rivers and trees that have shaped the landscape for centuries. A par 71 signature design, Ombria golf course redefines the golf holiday experience in the Algarve.
Featuring some breathtaking holes with elevated tees, the golf course is designed in such a way to ensure there are plenty of WOW moments as you contemplate your next shot. The golf course designers have ensured that Ombria is a sustainable golfing environment and is fully GEO certified too. The golf clubhouse, in line with the rest of the resort at Ombria, is sympathetically designed and built into an existing ruin to add to the sustainability and impact of the resort. Panoramic views from the clubhouse can be enjoyed and with a country club feel, the clubhouse features a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and gym too!
