Girona Golf Course Description

This course is unique to Spain in that it is entirely seeded with Pencross Grass. The front 9 is relatively flat but requires accuracy through the tight tree lined fairways and well guarded greens. The back 9 is set in more hilly terrain with all the tees being built on walls offering impressive views of the surrounding area. At 6600 years in length and a good variation in difficulties, the Girona Golf Course is a popular choice with players of all levels and abilities.

Club Golf d'Aro - Mas Nou Golf Course Description

It is an undulating course lined with over a thousand olive trees. Club Golf d'Aro - Mas Nou features two artificial lakes and its bunker-guarded greens call for accuracy at all times.

This is definitely a course suited to mid to low handicappers, although there is a 9-hole par 3 course for beginners as well as a superb Club Golf d'Aro - Mas Nou golf school.

With the first 9 holes opening in 1966, Golf de Pals was the first golf course on the Costa Brava. The second nine holes were added in 1970 and since then the course has played host to a number of national and international tournaments.
