The Steenberg Golf Course is renowned for its hybrid plan, allowing for the traditional but not so common in South Africa, “Bump and Run”. The course is also flooded with strategically placed bunkers and waterways to add to the challenge and excitement of the golfing experience.
The not-so-short par 3 on the 14th hole, features the largest golfing green in Africa, measuring 76 metres in length. The 18th hole makes full use of the natural features and hazards such as the vineyards, pine forest and gentle waterways. The course also features top-of-the-range practice facilities such as a driving range and a pitch and putt area, alongside a beautiful clubhouse.
