Mar Menor Village Golf Course is located in Murcia, just outside the village of Torre Pacheco. The beautiful 18-hole course measures 6,153 metres and is a demanding Par 72.
Mar Menor Village Golf Course was designed by two worldwide golfing legends: David Thomas and Jack Nicklaus. David Thomas designed the front 9 of the course to demand good shots to avoid the many bunkers and lakes. The back 9, designed by Nicklaus Design, allows for big shots with its wide fairway and rough, however holes 13,14 and 15 are surrounded by a lake which is aesthetically very pleasing but also a golfing hazard.
The Mar Menor Village Golf Course is located just 5km from the town of Mar Menor, which is renowned for its warm and clear water and it is home to the largest lagoon in Spain.
