We recommend booking 9-12 months ahead, particularly for peak seasons, to secure preferred flights, resorts and tee times. With larger groups of 16+, booking at least 12 months in advance is a great way to secure the best prices and payment terms.
Is there a minimum group size for a golf holiday?

Can I include golf buggies, trolleys or caddies?
Yes. These can be added in advance at most destinations. Simply let us know your requirements. Most golf courses outside of the USA and UAE do not include golf buggies automatically so if required, it is important to state to our golf holiday experts at the time of booking so that the process of pre-booking can be explained.
Do I need to provide passport or Advance Passenger Information (API)?
If flights are included, we’ll request these details at the appropriate time to ensure a smooth check-in experience. Some airlines, mainly the scheduled airlines only allow you to check in online yourself but our customer services team will guide you through this when issuing your travel documents.

How do I pay for my golf holiday?
A deposit usually secures your booking, with balances payable closer to departure. Flexible options are available via our online payment system. Late bookings within 12 weeks require full payment to confirm.

What documents will you send after booking my golf holiday?
