Great Service. I dealt with Andy Thomson who couldn't have been more helpful. Gave me a couple of options for resorts/golf and I quickly decided which one I wanted. After that Andy walked me through the process, everything was agreed really quickly including the cost and the booking was completed with the minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend GolfKings.

When I tried to check-in online with the airline, they did not have a record of any of the names for our party and, as such, I was unable to proceed with the check-in process until GolfKings had updated the airline with all passengers names however, it meant that I had to provide all the API details that had been previously provided. Golf and Transport arrangements were all good. 2 of the courses we played at were not busy so we were invited to tee-off early and, on both occasions, the driver of the bus was very obliging and agreed to return early for us. As our group comprised 9 players, we had pre-booked 3 @ 3 balls with 2 buggies for each group. Unfortunately, at one of the courses they insisted that only 5 buggies had been paid for and we were required to pay for an extra buggy. Upon our return Golfkings acknowledged that that there had been a breakdown in communication and offered to refund the extra cost we had incurred.
