The Costa Daurada is an area in Spain to the South West of Barcelona and to the North of Valencia. Not as well-known as the other Costa’s in Spain but we highly recommend it.
Handy for Barcelona and Reus airports so plenty of very reasonable flight options for the UK. The area has 7 golf courses all handy for the main holiday resorts of Cambrils and Salou. The City of Tarragona is also well worth a visit or indeed you can stay there and combine a city break with a golf holiday.
The area is one of the driest in Spain, due to its proximity to the Prades Mountains, it enjoys its own little micro-climate so golf can be enjoyed from April through to the end of October.
Of the 7 golf courses we feature, two of them have been used by the European tour and Infinitum Lakes has been used as venues for the qualifying school. Infinitum also has the excellent Hills course and the quirky 9 hole ruins course. Costa Daurada and Gaudi are also top courses so plenty to choose from. 5 of the 7 courses are within a 25-minute drive of both Salou and Cambrils.
One of the main attractions to golf in the area is the courses all offer day tickets for the same rate as an 18 hole green fee so any keen golfers can play as much golf on the day as they like for no extra cost.
Away from the golf, other activities and attractions including the stunning beaches, Wine Vineyards, Port Aventura theme park and Barcelona can be reached by train for a trip to Nou Camp or a wander down Las Ramblas. We have sent a few lucky groups to a live match at Nou Camp making it a very special trip.

Cambrils is a beautiful seaside town with a fantastic marina area and promenade. Ideal for golfing couples to wander around after the golf and dine in friendly seafood restaurants serving fresh fish and local wine. If you are a foodie, you really are spoilt for choice here as it is known as the culinary capital of Costa Daurada. The beaches here are also stunning and a lot less busy than neighbouring Salou. Truly a “hidden gem” in Spain.

Very handy for the UK with excellent flight options. Its own Micro-climate makes it one of the driest Costas. Day passes for the golf instead of green fees so an excellent option for anyone looking for un-limited golf. Most of the courses are very close to the main towns so short transfers to the courses. Ideal base to explore Barcelona on a non-golfing day. Excellent value all-inclusive options are available. Plenty of nightlife in Salou and beautiful restaurants in Cambrils.
Flight options with BA, Easyjet and Jet2 into Barcelona and Easyjet and Jet2 into Reus from most regional UK airports.
One of the driest areas in Spain thanks to its own micro-climate and very mild due to being on the Mediterranean sea. Golf can be played here between April and late October.

Ideal for golfers looking for unlimited golf, Costa Daurada offers day passes instead of green fees so you can play until the sun goes down. The courses are generally quieter than in the Costa del Sol and the Algarve so no problem when booking that 2nd round of the day.
Take a day trip to Barcelona on the train or let us organise transfers for you. You may even be lucky enough to catch a home game at the Nou Camp.
Not somewhere you immediately think of for Vineyards but wine lovers will be in their element here, we can arrange tours and experiences to enjoy on non-golfing days or in the afternoons after your morning round.
A great option for a family break if some of the family golf and some don’t, plenty of things for the non-golfers to do, shopping, day trips, theme parks and stunning beaches all close by.
