Set in an old manor estate in East Cork, The Castlemartyr Golf Resort is an 18-hole 6,728 yard, par 72 inland links style course. The golf course was designed by Ron Kirby whose credentials were honed on such Irish masterpieces as the Old Head, and Mount Juliet, as well as Gleneagles in Scotland. The course is both challenging and enjoyable for players of all abilities. Two returning loops of 9 with the front 9 considered the easier of the two.
