The Ugadale Hotel is a 4 star resort hotel located only steps from the 1st tee at Machrihanish Dunes and very close to Machrihanish Golf Club which boasts one of the most picturesque opening tee shots in the game.

The resort at Machrihanish has a brilliant selection of bars, restaurants, and a great spa too!  There is lots to do in Kintyre and it wouldn't be complete without a trip to Campbeltown and visit the Black Sheep Pub which is a local focalpoint and great place to hang out after a great day on the course.

Machrihanish Dunes is a true Scottish Links golf course.  It has been voted among the best modern courses in the UK and sits within a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The course is shaped by the environment and the designers have created greens and tees that ensure players experience the game as it was meant to be played. The course is a true test from the back tees at 7175 yards but with 5 tee positions, players of every standard will enjoy this modern classic.
