Park Hyatt Dubai is located on the revered Creek side of Dubai. A short 10-minute transfer from Dubai International Airport and only 15 minutes from the glitzy Downtown Dubai with its impressive skyscrapers including the Burj Khalifa and the famous dancing fountains. You also have the hidden gem of Deira Dubai which is considered “old Dubai” and is well worth a visit to see the more authentic side of the city.

Park Hyatt Dubai is one of only a couple of true golf resorts in Dubai. Onsite you have the Dubai Creek Golf Club which is instantly recognisable with its stunning clubhouse. The hotel is unlike many other resorts in Dubai in the sense that it has been designed as a low-rise European-styled piazza, luxury living resort. You can enjoy breakfast outdoors by the marina, on the creek-side and there are amazing lagoon-style swimming pools overlooking the creek itself. There is an adults-only beach club too and an oasis-style swimming pool called Amara, which is the ideal place to relax after 18 holes!

There are various dining options onsite and if staying half board, you can dine-around at all of their restaurants including a restaurant in the Yacht Club which is managed by Park Hyatt and is only a short walk from the hotel.

Dubai Creek Golf Club has played host to some big tournaments over the years. It is only a short walk from reception and is truly one of the best golf courses in Dubai. The holes running by the creek side are particularly memorable especially when playing towards the striking clubhouse.  The practice facilities are also fantastic along with padel and tennis courts onsite too!

Dubai Creek Golf Course

Voted amongst the world’s top 100 "must play courses", the Dubai Creek Course is located in a city centre location that runs alongside the stretch of water from which the course takes its name.

This par 71 championship course has twice hosted the Dubai Desert Classic, and in March 2005 was re-opened after being re-designed by Robert Trent Jones with the help of former Ryder Cup Player Thomas Bjorn.

Measuring just over 6800 yards, the Dubai Creek Course is not long by modern standards, but with many water hazards and Palm tree lined fairways, accuracy is the key. The 17th and 18th holes set you up for a grandstand finish.

Montgomerie Dubai

Officially opened to the public in January 2006, the Montgomerie Golf Course is the newest jewel in the crown of Dubai`s golf courses. Designed by Colin Montgomerie and Desmond Muirhead, the course covers a total of 200 acres and is built with the traditions of a typical Scottish links course.

With wide undulating fairways, fourteen lakes, and a total of seventy-two bunkers, the course provides a challenge which will intrigue players of all levels. Another feature is large greens. The par 3, 13th hole, covers an area of 58,000 square feet making it the largest single green anywhere in world golf. Its island shape means it can also be played from a 360 degree teeing area, making it a totally different hole each time you play.

Arabian Ranches Golf Course

Located a thirty minute drive from Dubai City, the Ian Baker-Finch designed Arabian Ranches Course has been tipped to become Dubai’s number one course.

Arabian Ranches Golf Course Description

Built deep into the surrounding desert, the course is unlike any other in the area as it has no trees or water features. The main hazard is the vast bunker which snakes its way across the course in the form of the desert itself. The Arabian Ranches Course has a links feel and at 7700 yards in length can play very long, especially when the desert winds blow. There are, however, several teeing areas to accommodate all level of player and it is fast becoming a popular choice among golfers visiting Dubai.

Emirates Majlis Course

The original home of The Dubai Desert Classic, the Majlis Course opened for play in 1987 and takes its name from the Arabic meaning "Meeting Place".

Sculptured amidst the surrounding sand dunes, it was described as "The Desert Miracle" and was the first grass course to be built in the Middle East. Measuring just over 7200 yards, the par 72 Emirates Majlis Golf Course is a fairly stiff test of golf. Numerous Bunkers and water hazards call for accuracy and good course management in order to score well. The most prominent feature of the course is the Majlis Building itself, which is positioned between the 8th and 9th holes.
