What are the golf courses like?

Real Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club is a 36-hole setup called the A and B courses. Both are designed by the legendary Seve Ballesteros. The A course was Seve’s first mainland Spanish design and is considered one of his best golf course designs. In 2022, the golf course celebrated its 30-year anniversary and has played host to major competitions on the tour. It is a great test of golf.

The B course was modified in more recent times and is set up using what has become one of Seve’s signature design characteristics with 6 par 3s, 6 par 4s and 6 par 5s which makes the B course a great complement to the A course. Offering amazing Atlantic Ocean views, it is a very enjoyable golf course and a very well thought out design. A golf course to plot your way round. 

Both golf courses are excellent and truly great holiday golf experiences. One of the standout features throughout both golf courses are the mature umbrella pines that do provide a challenge off the tee on certain holes if you are not accurate off the tee. They are a great feature of the golf course. Both golf courses are also walkable however buggies are also available if you prefer.

The golf club has excellent practice facilities to hone your skills too along with a relaxed atmosphere throughout. 

We highly recommend storing your golf clubs at the clubhouse for a token 5 euros per week.
