Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III is the first course to be built on Hilton Head and is a remake of The Sea Pines Resort historic Ocean Course. The stunning 18-hole course is renowned for its immaculate seaside ambience crossed with a Lowcountry feel.
Atlantic Dunes is lined with seaside grass, coquina shells and oak trees. The par 72 course takes into play the beautiful sandy beachfront and natural sand dunes. The incredible course is also a five-time winner of the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing.
The course measures 7,065 yards from the back tees but features several sets of tees on each hole, to ensure a challenging round of golf for all levels of experience. Love’s course has been improved both aesthetically and strategically from a recent restoration which has seen an enhancement in both natural and manmade sand dunes, as well as welcoming thousands of new indigenous plants.
