Intra Group Limited, trading as 3D Golf Plc, Bill Goff Golf Tours, Jack High Bowling Holidays, Longshot Golf Holidays, and Sunshine Challenge has ceased trading. This firm held ATOL 4656

The CAA is currently compiling information about claims arrangements for customers with bookings with this company. Information will be provided as soon as possible. Please do not submit a claim in advance of this information being provided as this may delay settlement. In the meantime, please collate the information you will need to send in with your claim. This will include:

The confirmation of your booking from the tour operator;
Other booking documents received, such as receipts for a deposit;
Flight tickets and accommodation and activity vouchers; and
Evidence of payments made to the tour operator, such as credit card and/or bank statements, original cheques etc.

If you booked your own flight or paid the airline directly then your claim will be handled by ABTA's Claim Handling Partner CEGA who are contactable on 01243 621500. Any updates from ABTA will appear on http://www.abta.com/consumer-services/travel_problems/ceased_trading

Any claims arising in respect of non-licensable package and non-package business should be referred to CEGA, our claims handling partner.
