Opened in 1989, this Donald Steel designed course is on the south course of the island and runs along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean.
The front nine are built along the cliff faces bordering the ocean offering spectacular views especially the par 3 5th hole which requires a shot over the water to a well guarded green.
A former host club of the Tenerife Open, Amarilla is a challenge for low handicappers from the back tees but is still an enjoyable course for all level of player with a choice of teeing positions
