Originally designed by Hugh Baiocchi, the Legends Course opened in 1994 is located on one of the finest beaches on the island. The course has recently undergone a complete green reconstruction programme bringing the course upto Championship standard.
The course is built on bush covered volcanic rock and low lying flood plains with the fairways running through the heart of indigenous forest. Accuracy is the key off the tee with tight tree and bush lined fairways although most greens are large and receptive.
The highlight of the round is the signature hole par 3 17th which only measures 152 metres but is played across a lagoon offering spectacular views over the sparkling waters to the adjoining bay.
With tight fairways and large greens coupled with some stunning views, the Legend Course is an enjoyable experience for all level of golfer.
