Situated close to the centre of the resort of Santa Ponsa, the number 1 course has been a popular venue for the PGA tours’ Balearic Open.
With wide fairways it encourages players to open their shoulders and go for the big drive although a number of water hazards await any tee shots that are too wayward. The courses main feature is the large lake which comes into play on the par 4 dog leg 16th hole.
The course also offers views across Santa Ponsa Bay and due it’s flat terrain and wide fairways is a popular choice with novices although it’s length and tempting par 5’s make it a good challenge for the more experienced low handicappers.
