Designed by Spain’s most famous golf architect, Pepe Gancedo, Torrequebrada Golf Course opened in 1979 and immediately made an impression when it held the Spanish Open later the same year. It has long been considered one of the Costa del Sol’s most popular courses and is home to PGA Tour Professional Miguel Angel Jimenez.
Torrequebrada Golf Course Description
The course lies 3km from the resort of Benalmadena and is famed for its immaculate fairways. Measuring 6300 yards, Torrequebrada Golf Course is not long, but tree lined fairways, sharp dog-legs and nine water hazards provide players with a new challenge on every hole.
