Situated in Doña Julia Golf Resort, between Marbella and Sotogrande, Dona Julia Golf Course is perfectly integrated into the natural environment and stands out because of its magnificent views of the Mediterranean and African coastlines. The course was designed by renowned architect Antonio García Garrido, the designer responsible for some of Spain’s top courses.

Dona Julia Golf Course Description

The 18 hole, par 71 Dona Julia Golf Course measures 6,021 metres long and has two very different lay-outs, making it suitable for any type of player. The first 9 holes are longer and more difficult, winding between indigenous trees, lakes, and rivers. The back 9 are more manageable, having a gentle incline, but being in close proximity to the sea - undoubtedly a challenge for professionals, as well as high handicappers.

The Dona Julia Golf Club will soon complete its installations with the construction of a club house next to the Hotel Park Hyatt Casares. It will contain a driving range measuring over 300 metres long, a short game area, a 9 hole par 3 course, two football pitches, and an International Golf Academy where golfers can learn and improve upon their playing technique.
