Opened in 1969, Las Brisas was an instant hit and over the years has hosted 2 world cups, 3 spanish opens and the Mediterranean open.
It is a typical Robert Trent Jones design with raised greens and a large number of strategically placed bunkers guarding both the fairways and greens. Water is also a major feature with 10 lakes coming into play on 12 holes. The fairways are also immaculately kept year round with the help of imported Bermuda grass.
Due to it’s location close to Puerto Banus, Las Brisas is a popular choice for visitors to the area although tee-times are restricted due to it’s large local membership.
