With the first 9 holes opening in 1966, Golf Platja de Pals was the first golf course on The Costa Brava. The 2nd nine holes were added in 1970 and since then, the course has played host to number of national and international tournaments.
The course runs parallel with the sands of Pals beach and is also surrounded by dense forest which comes into play on a number of holes calling for accurate tee-shots. At 6740 yards, and with numerous strategically placed bunkers, Platja de Pals is a tough test of golf but well worth a visit.
