Designed by Spannish architect Pepe Cancedo, Parque de Floresta is located in the most western area of the Algarve close to the town of Sagres.
The fairways roll up and down between small hills and valleys and are lined by vineyards and eucalyptus covered ravines calling for accurate shots and good placement from the tee. A number of bunkers and occasional water hazards also await any stray approach shots to the small greens. A dominent feature of the course is the large clubhouse which overlooks 11 of the holes and provides an amphitheatre feel to the 18th green.
A wide variety of holes coupled with visually attractive views of the surrounding countryside lined on the horizon by the sea make Parque de Floresta a firm favourite among golfers to the area.
