Opened for play in the summer of 2006, Silves is a parkland course built in a serene location in the Western Algarve.
Precision is the key with palm trees and olive groves lining the fairways and some severe bunkers punishing any wayward shots. At 6200 yards in length it is not a long course by modern standards and encourages the more attack minded player.
Offering views across the surrounding mountains and valleys, Silves will undoubtably become a firm favourite among visiting golfers and will offer a good test for all standard of player.
